AIESEC France National CEED Program for the Semester 1 Recruitment.

The CEEDer initiative is approximately a three-week program in the September-October period in which CEEDers will coach, train, and manage our LCs in delivering high quality recruitment. The processes covered by this CEEDership are induction – selection – allocation.

Youth Speak Interview: Laís de Oliviera

Laís de Oliviera, joined AIESEC in 2007 under the Local Committee of Belo Horizonte. She began at Talent Management and moved on to Corporate Relations, and there was a moment she was almost dismissed in her Local Committee due to her inactiveness. However, she rebounded and worked hard to become the Vice President of Talent Management.
