What we are looking for?

We need person who is going to help us with recruitment, especialy with the recruitment of EPs. Someone who has experience in doing recruitment.
Positive, outgoing person that enjoys selling AIESEC to students.
Good understanding of AIESEC
Creativity and proactivity
High motivation
Ability to adapt to a different working environment and culture.
Good english.

Collaborate with recruitment team, and work on recruitment, selection, and induction
Helps general recruitment task
Helping to promote recruitment
Interviewing potential new members especially EPs
Selection of EPs
Introduction of new members with AIESEC
Show the internationalism of AIESEC
Make international atmosfere
