Youth Speak Interview: Daniel Audunsson
Daniel Audunsson is from Iceland and is 35 years old. He studies Psychology and dropped out one month before graduation, to be an entrepreneur. His own business (Vimle.com) is related to online marketing in 5 countries. When he dropped out, the general reaction towards him was relatively negative. However, Daniel is a person who was keen to be an entrepreneur, and didn’t want to waste a single month. Hence, he worked tirelessly for 16 hours a day, even during weekends.
Youth Speak Interview: Laís de Oliviera
Laís de Oliviera, joined AIESEC in 2007 under the Local Committee of Belo Horizonte. She began at Talent Management and moved on to Corporate Relations, and there was a moment she was almost dismissed in her Local Committee due to her inactiveness. However, she rebounded and worked hard to become the Vice President of Talent Management.
Youth Speak: Shaping What We Do Around What the World Needs
On the 8th of July, AIESEC in Malaysia inaugurated the first ever Youth Speak forum, formerly branded as AIESEC’ Youth to Business (Y2B) forum. Held on the second day of AIESEC in Malaysia’s National Convention (NatCon) 2015 at the Great Hall, University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus (UNMC), the Youth Speak Forum was established to connect the leaders of AIESEC in Malaysia to personalities pursuing their dreams in creating valuable business venture around the calls of the communities we live in.
What Starts in NatCon, Changes AIESEC in Malaysia.
AIESEC in Malaysia, a youth organization that is proudly represented by one thousand members nationwide, organized its first conference of the new term; National Convention 2015 (NatCon) from the 8th to 12th of July 2015. Held in the impressive Great Hall at University Nottingham Malaysia Campus (UNMC), the convention gathered 200 leaders of AIESEC in Malaysia from 13 local chapters univerisities.
